Overview

Located on the banks of the Burnett River in Bundaberg, Old Bundy Tavern is an iconic hospitality venue offering an all‑day dining bistro, sports bar, TAB/Keno, gaming room and three versatile function spaces for events up to 120 guests.

Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop an established hospitality team.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience across all venue channels.
- Supervise daily operations of the bistro, sports bar and gaming areas.
- Coordinate functions and events, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain high standards for service quality, safety and compliance.

Qualifications

- Natural leader with strong coaching and team development skills.
- Previous leadership experience within a hospitality workplace.
- Strong bistro operations experience; function and events exposure highly regarded.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to lead from the front in a fast‑paced setting.
- RSA & RSG certificates (essential).
