Working closely with and reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key member of the Sales & Design team and will often be the key point of contact with our customers. You’ll blend customer service savvy with product know‑how, ensuring shoppers find exactly what they need!

Key Responsibilities

- Providing excellent customer service
- Guiding customers through the design process
- Ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed, maintaining store stock levels
- Collaborating with other team members to keep the store running smoothly
- General housekeeping to ensure the store is always presentable
- Participation in training and personal development sessions
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working environment

Required Qualifications





- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Experience within a similar environment (retail or sales)
- Availability to work full‑time hours across a rotating roster
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
- Good computer skills and eagerness to learn the Stratco design process
- Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage)
