We’re seeking Mobile Plant Operators to join our Port Hedland & East Pilbara Team working on our Rail Works commencing August 2026.

Scope of work

- Loading & Excavation – Operate loaders and excavators to load moxies and tippers; must have proven neat dig capabilities
- Compaction – Run padfoot and smooth drum rollers to meet compaction specs
- Haulage & Support – Drive water carts and tipper trucks for dust control and material transport
- Maintenance – Complete daily pre-starts and maintain safe machine operation

Working with Monadelphous offers many advantages

- Ongoing roster 2/1–3hrs drive from Port Hedland (Paid for Travel Time)
- Flights from Perth or Newman/Port Hedland Locals
- 2–3 months work then potential of another 3 months work on another project





What you’ll bring

- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Minimum 3x Operator Tickets Required
- DL - HR
- Excavator
- Front End Loader
- Tipper
- Water Cart
- RIO, BHP Inducted (Advantageous)
- Proof of right to work in Australia
