We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Casual Beauty Therapist to join our growing team with growth opportunities into Full Time for the right candidate. About the Role

In this casual role, you will deliver a range of beauty and skin treatments, provide thorough consultations, and build genuine connections with our clients. You will work within a professional, supportive team environment where standards and client care are always the priority.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lash and brow treatments including lash lifts, tinting, laminations and brow sculpting
- Perform IPL treatments for hair removal and skin rejuvenation
- Deliver skin and facial treatments, including advanced facials and results‑driven skin services
- Perform skin needling treatments with precision and care




- Conduct thorough client consultations and develop personalised treatment plans
- Recommend home care solutions and treatment pathways to support long‑term client results
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, hygiene, clinic presentation, and client experience
- Support day‑to‑day clinic operations and contribute positively to team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Qualifications in Beauty Therapy
- Proven experience across lash and brow treatments, IPL, facials, and skin needling
- A passion for delivering genuine results and exceptional client experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional, and proactive approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Reliability and flexibility to fulfil casual hours as required
