Cardón, part of Palm Lake Group on the Sunshine Coast, seeks a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee Restaurant and Bar operations, as well as private events. You’ll lead the floor, shape the guest experience, and build an exceptional team in a seven-day venue.
You’ll manage service standards, budgets, rosters and safety, while collaborating with the Head Chef to keep the operation running smoothly. The role requires evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
