As Asset Worx continues to grow, we're looking for experienced Carpenters and motivated Trade Assistants to join our Project Delivery team working across civil maintenance and construction projects throughout Western Australia.

Whether you're a qualified tradesperson or an experienced Trade Assistant looking to build your career, you'll become part of a qualified team delivering high-quality infrastructure projects in a safe, supportive and rewarding environment.

About the Roles

Working alongside an experienced construction team, you'll be involved in a wide variety of civil and infrastructure projects including bridges, boardwalks, jetties, public infrastructure, timber structures and maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality carpentry and civil construction works
- Assist with maintenance, repairs and construction of infrastructure assets
- Support daily site activities and project delivery
- Maintain protected, organised and productive work sites
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- Contribute to Asset Worx's strong safety and quality culture

Additional responsibilities for Carpenters include:

- Leading small crews on site
- Mentoring apprentices and Trade Assistants
- Coordinating materials and daily work activities
- Maintaining workmanship and quality standards





About You

Carpenter Applicants

- Qualified Carpenter
- Ideally 5+ years' experience in construction, maintenance or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of safe work practices
- Ability to lead by example and mentor others
- White Card and current Driver's Licence (essential)

Trade Assistant Applicants

- Previous experience in construction, civil works, maintenance or a related trade environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors
- Reliable, safety-focused and a strong team player
- White Card and current Driver's Licence (essential)

- First Aid
- Traffic Management
- HR Licence
- Loader, Skid Steer or Excavator tickets
