About the Role
Working alongside an experienced Wills & Estates team, you will manage a broad range of private client matters including:
- Preparing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives
- Succession planning advice for individuals, families and business owners
- Drafting testamentary trusts and other estate planning documents
- Estate administration, including Probate and Letters of Administration
- Advising executors and beneficiaries throughout the administration process
- Estate disputes and Family Provision Applications
- Preparing estate accounts, distributions and finalising estates
- Building trusted long‑term relationships with clients through practical and compassionate advice
About You
- Approximately 1‑5 years' PQE in Wills, Estates and Succession Law (if less experience you are also encouraged to apply)
- Enjoy building genuine relationships with clients
- Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail
- Organised, proactive and able to manage matters with increasing autonomy
- Value working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
