Safety Advisor required to join a major civil infrastructure project in the Pilbara, working on a long‑term Rio Tinto project.
We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor with a solid background working for Australian head contractors and delivering large‑scale civil infrastructure projects in remote site environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who enjoys working in a project‑based environment and wants to join a leading contractor delivering critical infrastructure across Western Australia.
The Role
- Provide HSE support and guidance across a major civil infrastructure project
- Drive safety performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with site teams, supervisors, and project leadership to promote a robust safety culture
- Conduct inspections, audits, investigations, and risk assessments
- Support the implementation of project safety systems and procedures
About You
- Previous experience as a Safety Advisor within Australian civil construction projects
- Proven experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor environment
- Experience delivering projects in remote site locations
- Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and construction safety practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with site teams and stakeholders

- $120,000 – $140,000 base salary + super (dependent on experience)
