As we continue to grow, we' re seeking an energetic Business Development Specialist to help expand our presence across Sydney and NSW. If you' re passionate about winning new business, building long- term customer relationships, and working with premium products, we' d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Manager, you' ll be responsible for increasing sales by developing new business and managing existing customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities

- Develop new business across Sydney.
- Build relationships with electrical wholesalers, builders, contractors, developers, and distributors.
- Promote Warmup' s range of heating, waterproofing, and other products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
- Collaborate with architects and specifiers to secure project specifications.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
- Manage your sales pipeline and CRM.
- Represent Warmup at industry events and trade shows.

About You

You' ll have:





- Proven experience in Business Development or B 2 B Sales.
- Experience in the construction, electrical, plumbing, or building products industry (preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship- building skills.
- A self- motivated, results- driven approach.
- A current Australian Driver' s Licence.
