The Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing the Groupe SEB portfolio of brands to life across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for delivering best-in-class creative assets that ensure a consistent, premium brand experience across every consumer touchpoint, from digital and retail environments to product launches, shopper marketing and post-purchase communications.
Working closely with our Marketing, Product Management, Digital and Sales teams, you’ll adapt global creative for local markets while also developing original content that drives engagement, strengthens brand equity and supports commercial growth.
You’ll work across iconic brands including Tefal, Jamie Oliver by Tefal and the wider Groupe SEB portfolio.

Key Objectives
- Bring brand guidelines to life and ensure a consistent, premium visual identity across all channels.
- Create high-quality creative assets across print and digital, including POS, catalogues, retail advertising, social media, websites, email, presentations, motion graphics and video.
- Adapt global campaigns for the Australian and New Zealand markets while maintaining brand integrity.
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, renders, visual merchandising presentations and retailer-specific campaigns.
- Create engaging retail and shopper marketing assets, including POS, displays, shelf communication,
Shop-in-Shop concepts, End Caps, kitchen displays, activations and trade events.
- Develop digital content for retailer websites and platforms, including Amazon A+ Content, landing pages, digital catalogues, EDMs, online banners and digital takeovers.
- Support product launches and campaign rollouts with compelling digital-first creative.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on packaging communication, product claims and in-store messaging.
- Manage projects from concept through to production, coordinating approvals, suppliers and timelines to deliver exceptional work on time and within budget.
- Partner with internal teams, agencies, photographers, videographers, printers and production suppliers to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Maintain organised digital asset libraries and ensure creative assets are accurate, current and easy to access.
Skills and Experience
- A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding and visual communication.
- Experience creating both print and digital creative assets.
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
