Job Description

We are currently seeking a Replenishment Officer to join our Group Operations team in Tullamarine. The role supports the Supply Planning function and is critical to ensuring the timely and accurate replenishment of stock across a large, high‑volume finished goods portfolio of over 200,000 SKUs.

Working closely with Supply Planners, you will assist with purchase order management, supplier liaison, ship dates, order tracking, reporting and a range of administrative and ad‑hoc tasks. This is a detail‑focused, admin‑heavy role requiring strong systems capability and confidence working with data.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, amend and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of items, quantities and delivery schedules
- Track and maintain purchase order due dates, following up with suppliers on delays or discrepancies
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm ship dates and order status
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory and supplier master data
- Create and manage inter‑warehouse transfers




- Respond to internal and external stakeholder enquiries
- Support Supply Planners with regular and ad‑hoc reporting
- Assist with general administrative and ad‑hoc tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function

Qualifications

- Experience in replenishment, supply chain, inventory or an administration‑heavy role, or a strong interest in developing experience in this space
- Comfortable working with high volumes of data and SKUs
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident using Excel for tracking, reporting and data management
- Exposure to supply or inventory systems (experience with Momentum or similar planning tools highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
