Premium Graduate Placements (PGP) partners with Australian host organisations to provide industry-based vocational placements for students and recent graduates in Business, Human Resources, and Marketing.

This program is designed to help participants gain practical workplace experience, develop professional skills, and improve employability in the Australian job market.

This is a flexible placement opportunity, with responsibilities tailored to the participant’s background and the host company’s needs across business operations, HR, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR administration
- Support marketing activities such as content creation, social media, and campaign tracking
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Assist with data entry, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams

Ideal Background

- Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing,



Management, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to learn in a professional workplace environment

What We’re Looking For

- Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, HR, Marketing, or related disciplines
- International students are welcome to apply
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Availability for at least 3 days per week
