Job Description

We are seeking motivated, reliable and hardworking Marquee Builders & Event Specialists to join our growing operations team. If you enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and thrive in a hands-on team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and dismantling a variety of marquee structures, including Hoecker Pavilions, Pagodas and clear-span marquees.
- Delivering, loading, unloading and setting up event furniture and equipment.
- Assisting with warehouse operations, including preparing equipment for upcoming events.
- Maintaining equipment to a high standard and ensuring stock is handled with care.
- Leaving event sites clean, organised and safe following installations and pack-downs.
- Working alongside a professional team to deliver exceptional event experiences.

About the Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).




- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Reliability, punctuality and excellent teamwork skills.
- A professional presentation and commitment to customer service.
- The ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Highly Regarded

The following qualifications are highly advantageous:

- Forklift Licence.
- MR (Medium Rigid) Driver's Licence.
- White Card.
- Previous experience in marquee installation, construction, logistics or event operations.
