HBF Dental Karrinyup is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant ready to take the next step in their career, stepping into a 2IC role supporting the day-to-day leadership of our busy centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled DA who wants to grow into leadership, with genuine potential to progress towards a Practice Manager role in the future.
- Take on a 2IC leadership role while remaining hands-on clinically

Availability required: Weekdays and regular (not all) Saturdays. Standard clinic hours within 8:00am - 6:00pm.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day leadership and coordination of the centre
- Coordinating and managing the appointment book and recall system
- Assisting chairside as part of a full scope of clinical duties
- Acting as a key point of contact for the team and patients
- Helping drive smooth, efficient day-to-day clinic operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence coordinating and managing appointment books and recall systems
- D4W experience preferred
- Reliable, organised and proactive leadership style
- Hepatitis B immunisation clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
