This full time role reports to the owner who manages multiple properties, with responsibility for guest services, staff performance, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will hold AQF Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a minimum of three years in similar roles.
