Role Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, ambitious individual who is voracious for success and thrives on challenges to join our sales team as a Relationship Manager – B2B based at our City Office in Sydney, NSW.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and target new business opportunities across all B2B markets, including Corporate, Logistics, Mining, Leasing, and Insurance.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to formulate effective sales strategies, set achievable targets, and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our car rental services, vehicle fleet, and pricing structure to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track performance metrics via the SFA CRM tool.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Revenue Capacity Management, to support overall growth and success.

Qualifications

- Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a quick‑paced environment.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Previous sales or account management experience.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proven track record of high performance in a remote work environment.
