Data Science & AI
You’ll deliver data-focused projects and develop advanced analytics solutions—spanning machine learning, GenAI, simulation and optimisation—while helping clients make better decisions through strong data storytelling.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Delivering business solutions with a strategic overview and a concise, data-driven approach
- Performing data analysis and generating insights for recommendations
- Developing and implementing advanced analytics models (ML, GenAI, simulation, optimisation and other data-driven solutions)
- Tackling data storytelling challenges with an innovative approach
Preferred background/skills:
- Degree preferred in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Actuarial Science (or related)
- Proficiency (or strong interest) in tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, mathematical modelling and machine learning
- Strong communication, structured thinking, and a fact-based approach
Software Engineering
You’ll help design, develop, implement and maintain software solutions that meet client needs, working closely with stakeholders and contributing technical expertise across the software lifecycle.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Development, improvement, documentation, testing, execution, installation, and maintenance of software applications
- Providing technical guidance for software design (including feasibility, recommendations for purchases/upgrades, and proposals)
- Consulting with stakeholders to evaluate system/program need
- Creating operational procedures and end-user documentation
Required/desired background:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline OR relevant years of software development experience
- Excellent communication, strong analytical thinking, and strong learning capability
Low-Code & Automation
You’ll lead the build of automations and low-code solutions that improve clients' operational efficiency, primarily on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and comparable RPA / low-code tooling, owning delivery from process discovery through to a shipped, used tool. This stream also owns our data-engineering delivery,
so building data pipelines and constructing data warehouses sits squarely here.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Discovering and mapping client processes, then designing the automation or low-code app that removes the manual work.
- Building, testing, deploying and maintaining workflows and apps on the Power Platform (or comparable low-code / RPA tooling).
- Designing and building data pipelines, and constructing and maintaining data warehouses and the reporting layers on top of them.
- Owning the logic and data flows behind reliable automations, and handling the edge cases.
- Working with stakeholders end-to-end: scoping, demoing, documenting and handing over.
Required/desired background:
- 2+ years in automation, process improvement, low-code delivery or data engineering, with a degree in a Business or STEM-related field with a technical lean.
- Demonstrable experience shipping tools on Power Platform, UiPath, or a similar low-code / RPA stack. A working tool someone actually uses is the strongest signal.
- Data-engineering depth is highly valued: data pipelines, warehousing, reporting and data management (SQL, ETL/ELT, dimensional modelling).
- A process-improvement mindset, strong ownership and delivery, and clear client communication.
- Builds rapport easily; proactive, organised and AI-literate.
What we look for (common across streams)
- Across all streams, we value people who combine:
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ownership
- Clear communication (written and verbal) and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Rigorous, fact-based problem solving and curiosity for continuous learning
- Understanding of mining operations and practices is highly desirable but not required for some roles/projects.
