Overview

Senior Manager, Logistics Operations ANZ based in Sydney. The role would be accountable for end-to-end performance, strategy, and continuous improvement of logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand. Ensure protected, compliant, cost-effective, and customer-focused distribution operations, leveraging internal capabilities and 3PL partners to deliver best-in-class service aligned with growth, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end warehousing and distribution across Australia & New Zealand, ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective, and customer-focused product flow (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory).
- Own and optimise 3PL partnerships: manage contracts, governance, SLAs, and partner performance to deliver reliable service and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute the regional warehousing and distribution strategy aligned with global supply chain priorities, driving network design, systems, and transformation initiatives.
- Deliver continuous improvement in productivity, accuracy, lead times, and cost through process optimization, automation, and strong stakeholder partnerships.
- Drive financial and performance accountability: set and manage budgets, control costs, forecast, and report KPIs across safety, quality, service, cost, and inventory.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, risk mitigation, and business continuity across internal and external operations.
- Build and lead high-performing operational teams: coach leaders,



develop capability and succession pipelines, and act as the primary ANZ escalation point for warehousing and distribution issues.

About You / Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or related field.
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations in a regulated environment.
- Proven experience managing 3PL providers and complex supplier networks.
- Strong commercial acumen, including cost management and contract governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational change and continuous improvement programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and senior leadership.
- Data-driven decision-making and performance management capability.
