What your day looks like

- Lead from the front, inspiring your team to provide an experience Like No Other for our customers.
- Share your passion for beauty with your team, and our customers, inspiring them with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised treatments and service to achieve commercial objectives.
- Work closely with your team to empower our customers to look and feel their best.
- Build an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.

What you’ll need to thrive

- A Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or Makeup Artistry is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working within a customer‑centric environment.
- Experience consulting in a beauty environment is highly desired.
- The ability to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
- Exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
- Passion for David Jones and Estee Lauder, and the ability to be a representative of both brands.
