We’re looking for a Senior Performance Executive who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering high‑performing digital campaigns across search, social and programmatic. You’ll sit at the heart of a global blue‑chip client, shaping how audiences experience a brand across markets and moments.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Performance Executive, you’ll play a hands‑on role in bringing campaigns to life, from setup through to optimisation and reporting.

Campaign delivery & optimisation

- Execute digital campaigns across paid search, social and programmatic
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign activation including setup, trafficking, tagging and tracking
- Monitor live campaigns, ensuring delivery is on track and optimised to achieve KPIs
- Identify performance opportunities and proactively recommend improvements
- Ensure campaigns are accurate, well‑paced and aligned to best practice

Client & reporting support

- Support delivery of clear, actionable reporting and insights
- Build a strong understanding of client goals and performance objectives
- Respond to day‑to‑day client and internal queries with professionalism and speed

Collaboration & development

- Work closely with your Manager to QA campaigns before launch
- Coach and support junior team members across tools and reporting
- Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing across the team

Team & culture contribution

- Participate in brainstorms, training and development sessions




- Share platform updates and insights to lift team capability
