The Teachers’ Aide - Regis is responsible to the Director of Regis Campus. On a day to day basis the Teachers’ Aide will work under the direction of classroom teachers to support students with a range of learning difficulties in our Regis Campus.

The College seeks to employ a highly motivated, professional educator for the position of Teachers' Aide part-time (0.6 FTE), stand down (term time only) position for Semester 2 2026.

Skills & Experience

- Providing assistance to individual students in school routines;
- Assisting individual students to access and engage with classroom activities; and
- Providing care and management of individual students who may be experiencing difficulties accessing the curriculum

About You

The successful applicant will:

- have experience working as a Teachers' Aide in a secondary school workplace
- understand the requirements of working with students with additional needs
- be able to provide support to professional colleagues

- demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- demonstrate confidentiality, reliability and sensitivity to students and their families
- display empathy and compassion to the needs and abilities of students
- demonstrate flexibility and initiative
- have strong administrative skills, IT proficiency and attention to detail
- hold a current Working with Children Check
