What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing sales and operational support, ensuring all orders are received and dispatched safely and on time. Tasks are diverse and will include:

Management of stock, pick and pack ordersAssisting customer with pricing and product enquiries and processing customer salesProviding advice and support to customersSome on-farm deliveriesDeveloping and maintaining strong customer relationshipsForklift operationGoods receipt and dispatchInventory controlMaintaining safety processesLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveriesSupporting general branch operations and administration activities

What You'll Bring:

To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience in a team support role within a busy environment and a genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, has a willingness to learn, and is interested in developing a long-term career in agribusiness or agronomy. In addition, you will demonstrate:

A proactive approach to work and strong organisational skillsExcellent attention to detailEffective verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationshipsAn eagerness to learn about agricultural products,



farming systems and customer solutionsA strong work ethic and willingness to contribute as part of a teamAvailable to work some Saturday mornings on a rotating rosterFull driver's licence essentialForklift licence advantageous
