Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys bringing structure, momentum and accountability to large-scale transformation initiatives.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, technology teams and external partners to successfully deliver multiple business‑critical projects.

About the Role

You will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives spanning legal operations, CRM, finance systems, data infrastructure and systems integration.

Working across multiple project streams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while managing risks, governance, resources and stakeholder expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple enterprise transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, technology partners and external vendors.
- Manage project governance, reporting, budgets, risks and dependencies.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with business priorities and transformation objectives.
- Work closely with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.




- Identify delivery risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.

You’ll Bring

- 10+ years’ experience managing complex enterprise transformation projects.
- Strong project governance, planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing technology implementation partners and external vendors.
- Financial management experience, including project budgets and forecasting.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile, Hybrid or traditional methodologies.
- The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across the business.

Experience within legal, professional services or other regulated industries will be highly regarded, as will exposure to legal technology platforms.

Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent), Agile certifications and Prosci Change Management certification are advantageous.
