Mobilize is partnering with well-regarded electrical contractor delivering services across the Industrial, Mining and Resources sectors throughout Western Australia. The Electrical Estimator will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical and instrumentation (E&I;) projects within the mining and resources sector. Working closely with project managers, engineers and commercial teams, you will review tender documentation, develop detailed cost estimates and support the successful delivery of tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
- Prepare detailed take-offs and cost estimates for labour, materials and subcontractors.
- Compile tender submissions, including pricing schedules, exclusions and clarifications.
- Identify project risks, opportunities and potential variations.
- Support budgeting, cost planning and resource allocation.
- Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Liaise with project teams to clarify scope and technical requirements.




- Maintain accurate estimating records and tender documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and cost databases.

Qualifications & Skills

- 3–5 years' experience in electrical estimating, ideally within mining, resources or industrial environments.
- Experience preparing detailed take-offs, labour estimates and cost analyses.
- Knowledge of HV/LV electrical systems, instrumentation and industrial installations.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and commercial contracts.
- Current White Card and WA Driver's Licence.
- Robust analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, SimPRO) and Microsoft Office.
