Digital Agile Testing and Committee Improvements Consultant, Customer Experience.

Job Description:

This role is a key position supporting the Global Journey team in helping drive Mexico’s digital capabilities launches. There are two parts to this role: 1) improving Testing capabilities to ensure no defects right before launch and 2) improving the approval process to get mobile and online capabilities approved. Both roles will require the individual to work with cross functional teams, quickly understand processes across multiple disciplines and groups,



document the processes and provide process improvements to drive what will be controversial change. The person will need to be able to influence change and drive results through unchartered territory at Citi

Qualifications

- 5+ years at large bank (Citi preferably but not mandatory)
- Digital capability launch experience required
- Agile experience strongly preferred
- Very solid experience working in a large, matrixed organization
- Great with process and documenting detailed processes
- Superior attention to detail
- Spanish speaker a plus
