Position Title: Office Manager
Company: NEW ABILITY ENERGY PTY LTD
Salary: AUD 77,000 –90,000 per annum + superannuation
Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing (38 hours per week)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide key administrative support to our growing business. This role will be central to ensuring operational excellence, supporting internal teams, enhancing office processes, and contributing to a positive, productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset suited to a fast‑paced clean energy environment.
As Office Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to keep the office running smoothly and support strategic business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations and administrative functions to maintain an efficient workplace environment.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications including phone, email and visitor enquiries.
- Support senior management with scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting preparation and correspondence.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships and facilities management.
- Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding and employee records.
- Help coordinate basic finance administration tasks such as invoicing support, tracking expenses, supplier communications and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations and office documentation as needed.
- Implement and refine office policies, procedures and systems to enhance internal workflows.
- Support company events, staff meetings and team initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven 3 years or above work experience in office management, administration or similar professional support role.
- Working background of mechanical and electrical equipment selling industry or technical services sectors is preferred.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, flexible and solutions‑oriented approach.
- Professionalism and sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software tools.
