We are seeking a dedicated Gaming Manager to take full operational ownership of our high‑performing gaming room and lead a service‑focused team.

The Pelican Waters Hotel is a high‑performing coastal flagship. We need a floor‑focused leader who lives for player engagement, obsesses over room presentation, and knows how to drive exceptional hospitality while building deep local rapport with our loyal regulars and visitors.

Day In The Life Of a Gaming Manager

- Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
- Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
- Share your gaming know‑how and help your team be the best in the biz
- Bring the valuable vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent Requirements

- This hands‑on role involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform these tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

- You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager




- You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
- You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
- You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
- You have a current RSA and meet state requirements for RSG/RCG
