We’re opening a brand‑new restaurant in Marsden Park in June 2026 and need an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to build, train and inspire the team that will bring it to life. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’re not just managing a restaurant – you’re helping create one from the ground up.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be trusted to:

- Help build and shape a brand‑new team of 100+, supporting recruitment, onboarding and training before the restaurant even opens.
- Support the full restaurant opening , including operational readiness, launch execution and embedding GYG’s standards and culture from day one.
- Assist in running a multi‑million dollar business unit , contributing to sales growth, cost management, guest experience and operational excellence.
- Be part of a fast‑growing global brand redefining what fast food can be with real ingredients, authentic flavours and a bold vision.

- Experience leading a team in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment .
