Overview

An exciting company in the financial services industry is looking to hire a Cyber Security Manager. The company is well established in the Australian market and has grown to over 250 employees nation-wide. The Cyber Security Manager will be responsible for a combination of hands-on technical oversight mixed with people management of an established team, across the Operations and Engineering verticals.

What you will be doing:

- Leading the full end-to-end management of the Cyber Security & Network Security environment
- Manage the SOC and respond to threats targeting financial systems
- Lead the investigations into security incidents & perform post-incident reviews
- Take ownership of and enhance vulnerability management, IAM & Penetration Testing
- Ensure compliance with financial regulatory standards (APRA CPS 234, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate closely with other technology teams to ensure security across all applications and platforms
- Engage with internal stakeholders, auditors and regulators





What you need to succeed:

- Vast experience in Cyber Security Operations
- Previous experience leading a team of Security Engineers / Analysts
- Experience supporting business-critical infrastructure within financial services
- Proven experience with SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability scanners
- Previous experience with Cloud Security (AWS / Azure)
- Experience working with APRA, ISO27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS
- Strong understanding of Network Architecture & Network Security technologies

Salary and perks information: Base pay range listed by the agency as A$170,000.00/hr - A$180,000.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more.
