We are seeking reliable, dedicated Melbourne based carers with experience in childcare, nursing, or women's health and a robust commitment to supporting families with professionalism and empathy.

We welcome applications from candidates with direct experience in childcare, nursing, or women's health, as well as those with transferable experience in education, aged care, or family services.

Essential Requirements:

- Police Background Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or Willingness to Obtain)
- Relevant qualifications in nursing, midwifery, early childhood education, or equivalent

Key Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Bilingual / Mandarin speakers preferred)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical capability to assist with daily activities and infant care

Cultural sensitivity and inclusive care practices

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings.
