Junior Gelato Section – Casual

We are looking for qualified front-of-house staff to join our team. Located along the Yarra river, Baci restaurant is a part of Crown Casino since 1997. We are known for our authentic Italian cuisine, cakes, coffee, and dessert.

About the role:
The front-of-house staff is the face of our business. As a casual junior ice-creamery staff you will be working in the ice-cream section for Baci restaurant. You are expected to be well-groomed at all times, wear a smile and deliver amazing customer service to our patrons. Additionally, you will have to

Serve customers ice-creams, drinks, and food.

Clean up the area at the end of the day.

Run food and drinks to the table if necessary.

Manage transactions through card or cash.

Promote offers and specials to patrons.

About you:
Experience isn’t necessary but a willingness to learn and be part of a team is.

You have an excellent customer service focus.

Available on the weekends and public holidays.

You are people-oriented, talented, and a multitasker.
