In Balance Physio is a well-established, patient-focused clinic in the heart of Manly. We're known for our integrated approach to movement, recovery, and rehabilitation — combining expert physiotherapy with complementary services to get our clients back to doing what they love. We're now looking for a skilled Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

The Role

As our Remedial Massage Therapist, you'll work alongside our physiotherapy team to provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment for a diverse client base — from weekend warriors and runners to office workers managing chronic tension. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with physios on shared client care, contributing to genuinely integrated treatment plans.

Part-time hours, with flexibility to suit the right candidate.

What You'll Do

- Provide remedial massage treatments tailored to each client's needs
- Conduct client assessments and maintain accurate clinical notes
- Work collaboratively with our physiotherapy team on shared treatment plans




- Educate clients on self-management, stretching, and recovery strategies
- Help build a loyal client base through excellent care and communication

What We're Looking For

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Remedial Massage (or equivalent qualification)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in client outcomes
- Registration with Health Funds preferred
- Experience working alongside allied health professionals highly regarded, but not essential
