This is a full-time opportunity based across Greater Sydney, working on a diverse range of residential and commercial roofing projects.

About the Role

As a Metal Roofer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of metal roofing systems, guttering, stormwater management components, and associated weatherproofing works. You will work alongside an experienced team and be expected to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes across all projects.

Skills & Experience

Relevant qualification or 3 years’ experience in similar role

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Measuring, cutting, and shaping sheet metal roofing materials including Colorbond®, Zincalume®, and corrugated iron profiles
- Installing metal roof cladding systems across pitched and low-slope residential and commercial structures
- Fitting custom flashings around chimneys, skylights, vents, parapet walls, and roof penetrations
- Installing box gutters, fascia gutters,



and eave gutters to manufacturer and Australian Standard specifications
- Fitting and securing downpipes, sumps, and stormwater drainage components
- Applying sealants, caulking compounds, and weatherproofing membranes to all exposed joints and nail heads to prevent water ingress
- Erecting and working safely from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work platforms
- Identifying and repairing leaks, damaged panels, deteriorated sealants, and failed flashings
- Complying with all relevant Australian Standards, the Plumbing Code of Australia, and site-specific WHS requirements

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
