About the Role
Pickle Power Kids is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, friendly people to join our coaching team delivering fun, high-energy racquet sports sessions for kids.
You don’t need to be an expert coach - we provide full training and structured session plans. This role is perfect if you’re looking for adaptable work that fits around study, other jobs, or changing schedules, while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive, well-run program.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver fun, safe and engaging racquet sports sessions for kids
- Create an inclusive environment that builds confidence, teamwork and sportsmanship
- Run age-appropriate drills and games using provided session plans
- Adapt activities to keep kids motivated and involved
- Represent Pickle Power Kids in a positive, professional way
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, energetic and confident working with kids
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable leading small groups
- Willing to learn and follow structured programs
- Passion for sport and movement
- Strong communication skills
