About the Role
Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne.
As a PCA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working within a supportive and professional team, you’ll deliver highquality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident’s individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support in line with resident care plans
- Assist with mobility, meals, personal hygiene, and other daily activities
- Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Follow care and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support quality care
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Experience in aged care or health services (preferred)
- A compassionate, patient, and residentfocused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of personcentred care and dignity of risk
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
