Moyne Shire Council is seeking a motivated and guest-focused Caravan Parks Operations Officer to support the ongoing success of our six council operated caravan parks. This exciting role focuses on improving operational efficiency, guest experience, and revenue generation across the parks portfolio.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively to help drive continuous improvement, enhance customer satisfaction, and support increased visitation. Applicants with experience in operational excellence, tourism, hospitality, or similar industries are encouraged to apply.

To be successful in this role you will need

Qualifications

Essential

- Employee working with children check
- Current Victorian driver licence

Experience

Eseential

- Experience in designing and running activity programs.

Key selection criteria 1





Knowledge of visitor information and contemporary marketing / promotional channels and techniques (both traditional and digital mediums).

Key selection criteria 2

Ability to develop and execute marketing and promotional plans to enhance the visibility and profitability of caravan park facilities.

Key selection criteria 3

Demonstrated organizational skills to coordinate activity schedules and ensure seamless execution of planned events.
