We are looking for an experienced, diligent, and detail-oriented housekeeper with professional presentation to join our team at Goldsborough Place Apartments.

Our housekeepers play a crucial role in upholding our business‘s reputation for excellent customer services to our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and overall hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities:

- Making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and refilling amenities.
- Kitchens and bathrooms: scrubbing and disinfecting sinks, cooktop, ovens, dishwashers, showers, toilets, and floors.
- Replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies in guest rooms as needed.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas as assigned.
- Restock housekeeping carts and ensure they are organised and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to front desk.
- Ensure all safety, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Follow procedures for handling and disposing of waste and used linens.




- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members.

Requirements::

- Minimum 2 years housekeeping experiences in a hotel or similar settings.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication in English.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet high standards.
- Have your own equipments for cleaning works.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays

As a pre-requisite, the successful candidate must have relevant visa to work legally in Australia, and a registered ABN for invoicing. A National Police Clearance may also be required.
