Parent Pathways Mentor

3 day per week part time role working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, providing coverage across the Forbes, Parkes, Condobolin, and West Wyalong offices.

The Parent Pathways program is committed to helping parents and carers by offering essential guidance and resources to support them throughout their parenting and career journey. As a Mentor, you will play a vital role in empowering parents, promoting their growth, and connecting them with key resources. Access to company vehicle for all work-related travel will be provided for this position.

Employment Consultant

3 day per week part-time role working Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday servicing our Forbes office.

Workforce Australia is the Department of Education, Skills and Employment’s employment services model, delivering simple and efficient solutions to support local job seekers and employers. It enables job‑ready participants to self‑manage through new, interactive digital services, while those with more complex needs receive personalised support from our Employment Consultants.

About you:

- Enjoy working with people and can build rapport to develop and maintain relationships
- Have an open mind and can deliver on participants’ requests with professionalism and empathy
- Possess administration and computer skills
- Highly developed communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- In our Parent Pathways role you must hold, be enrolled in, or be willing to enrol in a Certificate lll or IV qualification in Community Services or Employment Services
