Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver and maintain excellent customer service at all times.
- Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff to company standards.
- Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations during service.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and problem-solving professionally.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Monitor staff performance, workflow, and service quality.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Remain calm, organised, and efficient in busy and stressful environments.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year Supervisor experience in a hospitality venue
- Valid Food Safety Certificate (DoFood / Food Handler Certificate).
- Valid RSA Certificate.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants preferred.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- AUS PR, AUS &NZ; Citizen holder only

- 30-38 hours per week, including weekends.
- Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).
