What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Service Employee, you'll provide compassionate, person centred care that supports older Australians to live safely and comfortably.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care
- Showering and dressing assistance
- Mobility and transfers
- Assisting with meals and feeding
- Supporting activities of daily living
- Monitoring resident wellbeing
- Documentation and reporting
- Working collaboratively with the clinical team

What You'll Need
Care Service Employee (CSE) Applicants
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Residential Aged Care experience
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Valid Australian work rights
Registered Nurse Applicants
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification
Assistant in Nursing (AIN) / Nursing Student Applicants
- Current Certificate of Enrolment (COE)
- Residential Aged Care placement details
