We have an exceptional opportunity for a Dentist or Oral Health Therapist to join Mount Druitt Dental Care – a modern, well-established practice within the Virago Group.

Mount Druitt Dental Care is one of the pre-eminent dental practices in the Blacktown and Mount Druitt region, positioned within Westfield’s Medical Hub and built to a five-chair capacity. The practice attracts consistently strong patient demand driven by its reputation, quality of care and disciplined clinical processes. It delivers high clinical volume across all disciplines, from general and family dentistry through to surgical and higher-complexity work.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering high-quality general dentistry or full-scope OHT services
- Providing a calm, confident and Best-in-Class patient experience
- Diagnosing, planning and executing treatment to a high clinical standard
- Working closely with a motivated, high-performance support team
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with AHPRA standards
- Contributing to a positive, accountable and team-focused culture

For Dentists

You will have access to strong patient flow, supported by:

- restorative and cosmetic dentistry
- endodontics, prosthodontics and complex treatment planning
- surgical and higher-complexity procedures
- internal referrals from our established OHT base
- cross-referrals from adjacent medical centres, radiology and high-traffic locations

For Oral Health Therapists

You will have the opportunity to:

- practise your full scope, including hygiene, perio and restorative care
- build long-term patient relationships
- contribute to comprehensive patient care alongside dentists




- work with strong new-patient flow supporting productive clinical days
- exercise genuine autonomy with the support of senior clinicians

About you

We shortlist applicants who:

- Are qualified Dentists or Oral Health Therapists with at least 1–2 years’ experience (exceptional graduates considered)
- Treat patients like family – comfort, care and communication are non-negotiable
- Present confidently and work well in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Maintain high personal and clinical standards with robust self-critique
- Demonstrate areas of special interest or a desire for further study
- Hold current, unconditional AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
