The Employer

Our clients are a family-owned and operated company operating a large, broadacre cropping enterprise near Horsham in Victoria. They have continued to expand and develop their business over the years, with a principal focus on producing high-quality commodities and maximising yields whilst implementing modern techniques and the latest technologies to advance their enterprise.

They specialise in no-till, controlled traffic farming for the cultivation of broadacre wheat, barley, canola, and pulses, including beans, chickpeas and lentils. They operate a modern fleet of predominantly Case IH machinery and equipment, along with a fleet of Kenworth trucks, including brand-new trailers spec'd out with electric tarps.

The ideal candidate

Ideally,



we're seeking an experienced truck driver with an MC licence and prior grain carting experience.

You will be an excellent communicator with a positive and energetic disposition. You'll be observant, intuitive, responsive, and able to work well within a diverse and experienced team.
