Advanced Group are on the hunt for 10 Australian Licenced Electricians with RIW Cards for an exciting project starting 28/08/2026

6 months ongoing work on a rotational 24/7 shift roster. Possible extension of the 6 months.

9 days compulsory training from 28/7 to 7/8 Rate - $60p/h for 8 hours per day

Works commence directly after the training on 10/8 on a full time basis

All shifts paid at a standard shift rate of $71.50 for 8 hours per day

Public Holiday shifts paid at $137.50 p/h

Shift structure = 5 days - 2 off - 5 afternoons - 2 off - 5 nights - 2 off Day Shift: 0600 to 1400 Afternoon Shift: 1400 to 2200 Night Shift: 2200 to 0600

Bonus payment of $500 paid every 4 weeks of continuous shifts without taking leave. Shift swaps and coverage amongst the group encouraged.

Must hold a current NSW Electrical Licence

Need a 6 month commitment

1 Electrician positioned at every 2nd station between Sydenham to Bankstown.

Scope -

1 - Technical & Asset Management:

Fault Management: Identify, record,



and perform basic diagnostic/fault-finding for PTI assets.

Safety Protocols: Apply MTS Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) fundamentals for all "Out of Service" equipment.

System Operation: Operate Local Control Panels (LCP) in both normal and degraded modes.

Data Integrity: Create and update work orders within the MTS Asset Information System.

2 - Customer & Emergency Support:

Provide on-site customer support during service disruptions or emergencies.

Manage isolations and recovery during degraded modes to minimize impact on network performance.

Deploy platform boarding ramps upon station controller request.

Assist with controlled egress and evacuation processes where required.
