As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders, focusing on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and identifying top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

The Opportunity

You'll join a newly established Korn Ferry RPO supporting one of the world's leading media organisations, with the opportunity to:

- Partner with recruiters and stakeholders across ANZ
- Drive sourcing strategies across multiple business areas
- Conduct market mapping and talent identification
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles
- Support the design and evolution of sourcing practices from day one

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist and a strong background recruiting within the media, advertising, marketing, creative, digital, or agency sectors would be advantageous.

You'll bring:

- Proven sourcing experience in an RPO, agency, embedded, or in-house environment
- Strong knowledge of the media and advertising talent landscape
- Experience identifying and engaging specialist talent across creative, client services, strategy, digital, marketing, and corporate functions
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping capability
- Effective stakeholder and recruiter collaboration skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a build-and-scale environment
