As we continue to grow across the Excellent Southern region, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to build strategic partnerships, increase referrals, and expand our service footprint.

The Opportunity

As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainable growth by developing relationships with hospitals, Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, allied health professionals, aged care providers, mental health services, and community organisations.

This role combines networking, relationship management, community engagement and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase participant referrals.

- Build strong relationships with:

- Support Coordinators

- Local Area Coordinators (LACs)

- Hospitals and discharge planners

- Allied Health Professionals

- Social Workers

- Mental Health Services

- GP Clinics

- Aged Care Providers

- Community Organisations

- Represent ArmourCare at networking events and expos.

- Promote ArmourCare's range of NDIS supports.

- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.

- Maintain an active referral pipeline and CRM.

- Prepare proposals, presentations and partnership agreements.

- Work closely with leadership to achieve growth targets.

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

- Assist with marketing initiatives and community engagement.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and making a genuine difference in people's lives.

Essential





- Previous Business Development, Sales or Relationship Management experience.

- Strong understanding of the NDIS.

- Excellent communication and networking skills.

- Ability to work independently.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

- National Police Clearance.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

- Working rights in Australia.

Desirable

- Experience working within disability, healthcare, community services or aged care.

- Existing network within the NDIS sector.

- Marketing or community engagement experience.

- CRM experience.
