We're looking for a certified, hands-on technician to join us on a casual basis for emergency water damage callouts across Melbourne.
This is genuine emergency response work. You'll be attending flood, burst pipe, and storm damage jobs, running extraction and drying equipment, and helping homeowners and businesses get back on their feet.
What you'll be doing
Attending emergency callouts for water extraction and structural drying
Setting up and operating dehumidifiers, air movers, and extraction equipment
Taking moisture readings and documenting job progress with photos
Communicating clearly with customers in office
Packing down and returning equipment to storage between jobs
What we're after
Current IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
certification is essential. We can't consider applicants without it for this role.
Available for callouts, including nights and weekends (this is emergency response work)
Current driver's licence and clean driving record
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting equipment and working in wet conditions
Reliable, well presented, and confident speaking with customers directly
Police check required (or willing to obtain one)
What we offer
$70/hr casual rate, well above standard market rate for this work
