Chef / Head Chef Wanted – Korean & Japanese Cuisine

We are looking for a full-time Chef / Head Chef to join our restaurant team.

Position: Chef / Head Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
Working Days: 5 days per week

Requirements:
Trade qualification in commercial cookery
Minimum 2~3 years of culinary experience in Korean and Japanese cuisine
Strong leadership and management skills.
Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
Able to work in a rapid-paced restaurant setting
Valid Australian work right for full-time employment

Main Duties:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
Developing and maintaining menu items in line with our restaurant's style and customer expectations
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
Managing stock control, ordering, and kitchen cost efficiency
Supervising and training kitchen stafMaintain food quality and consistency
