FOH Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Front of House Team Leader to help lead our service team and support smooth daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guest experience, team coordination, and maintaining high service standards.

What you’ll do
Lead and support FOH staff during service.
Assign sections and coordinate hosts, servers, bar and pass.
Set the tone for great guest service and team presentation.
Welcome and seat guests during busy periods.
Handle guest feedback and minor service issues promptly.
Support training of new team members.
Assist with cash handling, till counts, and end-of-shift reporting.
Help communicate shift priorities and keep service running smoothly.

What we’re looking for
Previous hospitality or FOH experience.




Solid communication and leadership skills.
Calm under pressure during busy service periods.
A hands-on team player who leads by example.
Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
Reliability, initiative, and a professional attitude.

Hours and pay
Casual/partime shifts with consistent hours available for the right people
Mix of lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends, based on roster
Pay in line with the Restaurant Industry Award, with higher rates on evenings, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $33.85 – $47.18 per hour
