Job Description
The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties:
Manage and acquire labour resources
Programme works to completion dates
Maintaining a high level of Quality
Manage Health & Safety
Liaising with subcontractors and clients
Manage multiple joinery installation projects
Managing Schedules & Budgets
Leading, Mentoring & Educating team members (including apprentices)
Desired Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
Trade qualification (machining, shopfitting, carpentry, cabinet making) or construction/building related degree
Proven ability to deliver successful joinery projects up to $5m+
Solid understanding of joinery techniques and the production process and constraints
Strong project financial reporting skills
Understanding of tender processes, including preliminary costings
In-depth knowledge of key project performance measures, including client and builder obligations
Strong leadership capability to build and motivate teams to deliver high quality projects
Ability to deliver to and manage client expectations
Proficiency in Jobpac (or similar) software
