Role Description

EARLS is looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our EARLS COLLECTION store in Paddington. You'll oversee all aspects of store operations — driving sales, leading an engaged team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional in-store experience that reflects our brand’s modern, creative aesthetic.

Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding service and results.
Manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and style-driven team culture.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the brand’s ethos.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
Maintain high visual and brand presentation standards consistent with seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with head office on visual merchandising, product layout, and marketing activations.

Operations & Administration
Manage stock levels, transfers,



and inventory integrity.
Oversee POS operations, banking, and daily reporting.
Ensure compliance with store policies.

About You
2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fashion or lifestyle retail setting (men’s fashion experience highly regarded).
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver KPIs.
Deep understanding of visual merchandising and current fashion trends.
Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced boutique setting.
Confident using POS and retail systems (Shopify experience a plus).
Passionate about streetwear culture, style, and craftsmanship.
